Reporting Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been reproduced on NexTerraX without authorisation, please submit a written notice to our designated agent containing:
- Your contact information
- A description of the copyrighted work
- The URL of the allegedly infringing content
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
- Your physical or electronic signature

Response Process
We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days, investigate all claims, and remove infringing content promptly if the claim is valid. Repeat infringers will be barred from our platform.
